Down to the farm

Published by at 8:04 pm under Expeditions and Experiences

Today we decided to go down to the farm again. In other words the voyage is essentially over. I will spend the days before I return to Trondheim sorting out the equipment, storing the hides, sinew and bones and making the bow ready to dry. There were 15 fish in the home made trap today. No photo today, two tomorrow.

    Hey Torjus,

sorry for being late – good to hear from you though
    so, the journey is over…
I am wondering how you arefeeling about the entire experience
you had a bit of a hard start-up, but I assume that is normal when you start such a dramatic change of habitat and living conditions
then you showed great strength and perseverance, creativity, courage and a clear mind
I have been in awe all these days by your courage and all you have done
and looking forward to read from you experiences when you return home in Trondheim
I don’t know how you appreciate this trip yourself, but I’d say it was a great success and a fantastic opportunity to learn, to train and strengthen your skills and experiences

thank you so much for being there for us
    and being such an inspiration

hope my dayly commends have been a bit of moral support for you!
